Dahil ito ay na técnicamente mahirap gawin, y patrióticamente, ito mayroon isang malaking kahulugan ... : Ang kapanganakan ng Republika ng Pilipinas.
May mga España, Fili (Ex colonia de Filipinas) at Pili (Republika ng Pilipinas).
España ay ang bandila ng España, Fili bandila ng "Nueva España" (Dating bandila ng Pilipinas sa ilallim ng kapangyarihan ng España.) at Pili ay la bandera revolucionario de Filipinas. (Historicalement ang bandila na ito ay talagang umiiral sa panahon ng rebolusyon.)
Pero may isang histórico error sa dibujo na ito... Ang bandila ng "La Nueva España" ay ang bandila ng Pilipinas hanggang 1821.
Normalement, ang kolonyal bandila sa pagitan ng 1821 at 1898 tingin katulad ng bandera Española con los escudos colonial. (En fin... Ng bandila ng Pilipinas sa panahon na iyon ay parehong ng bandila ng España... Nagkaroon walang rojigualda sa oras na iyon en la bandera Española!)

Por que it was muy técnicamente hard to draw. patrióticamente, there is a very importante signification: The birth of Republic of the Philippins.
There are España with Spain flag, Fili (Ex colonia of the Philippins) with the colonial flag of the "Nueva España" and Pili with la bandera revolucionario de Filipinas (This flag really existed at the time of the revolution)
Pero there is a few histórico error: The colonial flag (De la "Nueva España") are the official flag of Philippines between 1535 to 1821. At the same período of the "bandera revolucionario de Filipinas" (around 1890 to 1898), the official flag of Philippins are the Spain flag with Spanish colonial blazon.It was also the official flag of España, there was no Rojigualda this período!)

Th over-all impact of the image is great since you used vibrant colors that pops out especially in the blue background. The coloring technique is good too, but could use a bit more depth, possibly by adding darker/lighter tones. I'm guessing you used markers, am I right? It's understandable that the medium gives limited color choices but you can use gray as a second layer for darkness.
Oh~! The clouds look great, by the way. It's hard to draw them, I would know. T__T
The anatomy is also good, but I noticed the girls feet look kinda odd. I would suggest you practice on that but a trick I often use to avoid drawing the is to cover them up with something *yes, it's shameless for me. But hey, I'm still practicing.*. In your case, you could use the flag to cover it.
Lastly, the creases of the cloth. The folds on the flag and clothes look good but could use more so it would look natural.
